Receiving Your Data

Getting your insights straight to you.

You will be able to view your live data insights through both:

• The Insights page on your dashboard or mobile app

• Text message, email, and/or social media notifications that you have selected to switch on for a chosen model

Receiving Data on Insights Page

All insights sent from your fleet of Sentinel devices will appear on your insights page, in your online dashboard, and mobile app. More information about the Insights page is found here.

Your insights will always appear in your dashboard and mobile app's insights page.

Receiving Data Elsewhere

You can set up notifications for your delivered insights and be alerted in more places than your insights page. In My Models, click EDIT MODEL to select which (if not all) species in your model you would like to receive notification alerts for, and how you would like to receive these messages (text, email).

Your dashboard will use your email address and phone number saved under your Account, so ensure these contact details are correct to notify you on your insights.
